- Providing tools to support routine environmental cleaning procedures in our operations.
- Adding mobile payment services through Sudkick, our tailor-made payment app, so that residents can make contactless payments and remotely check on available machines and laundry status through the laundry monitoring service.
- Working closely with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure safety and compliance.
