Richmond’s SpeakUp 5K is a cause near and dear to our hearts. In 2014, after her ongoing battles with depression and anxiety, Cameron Gallagher ran in her first half marathon and tragically passed away due to an undiagnosed heart condition shortly after she crossed the finish line. Her dream was to create a 5k race in her community to raise awareness of teenage depression.
Today our Automatic Leasing family is proud to participate and support the Cameron K. Gallagher foundation in their annual 5K in memory of Cameron’s dream. We encourage all our customers and the Richmond community to donate or participate in the foundation’s events including the 5K and their teen programs for those struggling with mental illness.
